Everyone went above and beyond to get my gas set up to be moved and then moved back into place. Nikki was awesome and also the tech that came out and actually moved the gas tank and then returned it and hooked it back up for me !
The drivers are very considerate.
I wish the algorithm that determined their delivery schedule considered elevation though. Mountainous properties should be topped off during December; otherwise, they might be inaccessible when deliveries were scheduled during January and February.

I had an issue that I couldn't' seem to get resolved over the phone so I stopped by the Freemen shop in town and spoke with Tammy. She not only understood the issue, she new what to do about and it got resolved within about 24 hours. Additionally, she discounted my gas bill without my asking to make up for the difficulty I had previously. This is what true customer service is about and she reinforced my confidence in this company. THANK YOU TAMMY, WELL DONE!
