On Tuesday, January 2nd, 2026, my wife and I were discussing the winter weather moving into the Upstate of South Carolina. She asked when we had last filled our propane tank, and not 10–15 minutes later, our gas logs shut off. I checked the tank, and the gauge was reading below 10%.
My wife went to Superior Propane, where she was told it might be next week before they could reach us due to the high volume of customers preparing for the storm. She then spoke with Melissa, who did everything she could to expedite our order.
Although the winter weather arrived on Sunday, your team was able to come out and fill our tank on Saturday morning, ensuring my family stayed warm and safe.

I like the Freeman Gas folks in Sylva. They are friendly and very helpful. I am as thrilled with Superior. I rather deal with people in the Sylva office .
We called just a few days before the big ice storm was supposed to come. We were told we could expect delivery in 7 to 10 days. We were very pleasantly surprised when two days later the truck was pulling into our driveway and filling our tank! Awesome service.
