I liked the explanation I got for when my tank would be filled. and it was filled within the time interval given in the explanation.
One improvement you might add is a notification, by text or email, when a ticket is generated for a delivery and when a truck is assigned to it. This would follow the delivery tracking that is almost universal now with online purchases.
I suspect you can buy an online service to do this vs. building it inhouse. All you would need to do is interface your internal delivery system to the service.
Or you could offer the tracking info on your site.
Many customers would appreciate this additional info.
There is a plumbing service in asheville that will give you tracking of the tech to your door similar to what amazon does when it is doing the last mile of 'out for delivery'. If the plumbers can do, surely Superior can do it :)

Any problems I have had were taken care of quickly. 🙂
We haven’t had any issues with Freeman Gas. If we felt we needed gas before our scheduled delivery they responded favorably and got to us sooner.
