The Brevard is never open. Trying to call superior is impossible. Even the Hendersonville office doesn’t answer. I submitted a request for my tank to be filled, a week before the storm was due.my account showed I had 41% in the tank. I only had 30%. In December, my propane generator ran several hours, severely depleted the tank. I have 3 wall heaters, 2 free standing heaters, gas range and oven, a tankless water heater and generator. I’ve paid immediately after every fill up. I’m very disappointed in superior. You have left me in a very bad position with this massive ice storm.
