I'm a new customer and a new propane gas user. I have lots of questions. Every time I call for assistance, the people on the other end of the phone are pleasant, professional and they really want me to understand what I need to understand.
We have been a long time customer. I have not had any issues with delivery or billing. The drivers when they deliver are very courteous. Once we had an issue on our property and they were very instrumental in directing us as to how we needed to resolve the issue.
