We had a small odor of gas outside of our house. After calling Freeman Gas, the situation was escalated and a technician was dispatched immediately. They arrived within 30-40 minutes and confirmed the leaking regulator. It was replaced quickly and efficiently confirming the leak was resolved.
Very impressed with Freeman Gas.
Investment in real time tank level monitoring is a great step forward. The website should project the week that a delivery will be made.

But your website is the worst payment website I have ever seen. Took me forever to get to a payment screen. It is awful. Hard to navigate. . Then couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help. Recording Just kept telling me to go to the websites
