I have never ran out of gas, I am automatic fill up . After fill ups if paid with in certain time you get a discount , which I like. Tank rental is reasonable. I was told I had 20 per cent in my tank so I have turned my heat on and I am sure they will fill me up soon.. Ed was the guy who filled my tank most of the time.. Super nice.. I have been with freeman a long time and I have never had any problems ! I was a little confused when it was switched to Superior Plus, however I haven’t never ran out of gas and with that I am happy.. thank you for taking care of me !!

Able to see pricing upfront without having to call or wait on hold to speak to someone in an office. Can also schedule deliveries that work around my schedule and do not require me to be home.
A steady, dependable company with a courteous and responsible staff. I have been a customer since 1994-95. I have only made one emergency call. About three years ago, my oldest grandson was on the front porch and got a whiff of a "chemical or fuel smell" --so I tracked it down to a small brass fitting on the tank. When I called Freeman they said they would be right there --and they did in less than 30 minutes. The service technician had the necessary part and repaired it within 15 minutes. Had an issue getting my gas logs to light. I called and got an appointment for a service , they came out on time were very friendly professional and extremely helpful. They were able to solve my problem and were happy to do so. Great people all the way around.
