What I don’t like is the ridiculous hold time when I contact the store
The personnel are always friendly and helpful. We bought gas logs and a gas flat top grill from Freeman Gas. We continued to purchase their services when we moved to another house in Murphy.
The monitor system helps me so much, The fact that the delivery driver calls ahead is also a comfort to know when I can expect them.

Happy with the service and the propane. However, when calling to schedule a delivery I've had to hold at least 70 minutes each time I've called in the past few months before I get to speak to a representative. I've also submitted inquiries online and those have been answered fairly quickly so I'll go that route from now on. Thank you so much for the heat. :)

I am on auto refill; this takes the worry out of propane levels and whether I will have enough. I like the timely delivery; the work is done quickly and professionally.

Question- why would gas spew the whole time he is pumping gas in? It never has before and why would he have to adjust the gauge to read 80%.
The process for establishing an account and getting the safety check was quick and easy. Scheduling deliveries online was convenient and service was prompt.
