We are a new customer transitioning from another propane provider in our county. Freeman has been very responsive and had a service technician out as per our scheduled time to evaluate the propane installation requirements for our new generator. Additionally, Kevin called in an order to have our home propane tank refilled and the truck was out the next morning. So far, we are very impressed and thankful for the level of service Freeman has been providing to us!

I've been a customer with Lithonia Gas, Gas, Inc, Superior for over 50 years so I'm pretty much happy with you. I will admit that I was more pleased with you in the early years when it came to service. Whoever used to do the annual inspection/cleaning of the heater (I have a single heater in the living room that's basically the source of heat for the house) did an excellent job but the last few times we were left with a higher flame on one of the grids/grates/? that I was told he couldn't do anything about. Unable to afford a new heater and not wanting to keep paying for a service call that accomplished nothing I've not had the annual checkup for a few years.
Bless you for allowing me to go on a Budget Plan with my last delivery, otherwise, in all honesty, I would not have been able to buy propane this year and would have had to rely on a few electric space heaters ... not something my 76 year old body was looking forward to.
Nicole was the last person I talked to ... ordered gas and she set up the Budget Plan for me. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional.
I ordered propane on Wednesday and my tank was filled on Monday morning. Quick service!
However, I do miss calling the local Superior Propane place (used to be Leon Propane) and ordering propane and talking/ordering propane from the ladies that have worked there for years. I guess the online ordering of propane put these long time employees out of a job.
Note: I did try to order by phone but after waiting 12 minutes to talk to a human I ordered online.
