We have been a customer of Baker Gas Company since the early 1980’s. We have always had great service.
Propane gas service. We ran out one time and they came same day to fill.
Pleased with professionalism. They take an opportunity and resolve it.
Being a secondary property we don't use as much propane as others and I was unaware that the cost is higher depending on the time between refills; however, the person who assisted me was very helpful and reduced the rate for me and advised me to schedule a refill once a year regardless of the amount needed to prevent being m,oved to a higher fee. Very kind and professional and of course appreciated.

I like the automatic "when low" refill program.
The technician (I think he was called David) came out quickly when we reported a possible gas leak, because our tank was on 0. When he arrived (in the snowstorm and bitter cold), he made a leak test above the required minimum time and explained how the pilot light uses up to 30 gallons of propane a year and so that was the reason the tank was empty. He put 5 gallons in and relit the pilot light for us. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received.
Dependability
You are dependable, and I do not have to worry about running out of gas. Whenever we smelled gas, your service manl came quickly.

Your inspection person's truck left a nasty oil slick on our driveway - we cannot get it up! I have been told by that technician that he reported it. I (we) need immediate assistance in getting the stain off the driveway
