I would give this a 10 except Freeman did not fill my tank during a very cold spell a couple of years ago. Since there was no gas, there was no heat for a while which risked having my water pipes freeze in my second while I was away. I heard that Freeman was having a shortage of employees to fill people's tanks. I think my pipes are okay, but I am still reluctant to use my washing machine for fear that the water ilne to it may be leaky. I have since learned that Superior Gas has acquired Freeman Gas, and the service since has been superior.

A few months ago I had a situation where I smelled gas after a delivery. I called customer service and although it was after hours, someone came out and checked everything. Fortunately, there wasn't a gas leak, but I really appreciated the care and concern that was given.

It was easy to set up! Also appreciate the military discount and new customer credit. Everyone we have worked with has been great with the exception of the person who answers the local telephone. She is very abrupt and talks over you which means she is not listening to me, the customer. I went into Freemans to pay our bill in full and the counter person there was very nice and helpful.
