I’ve never had an issues with customer service, I have bought now my third vehicle from don franklin. The products they sell have been very nice and have had no issues even after years of driving. But my truck 7 years ago no issues, bought the car three years ago no issues, and after deciding to trade and get something newer, no doubt in my mind don franklin is the place to go!

Techs were friendly and took my car in even when I was very early for my appointment. The facility was very nice with little snacks and drinks. Service was qipuick and efficient.

New service facility is immaculate. Waiting room was clean, cozy with several amenities. Coffee, water, TVs, etc. Being able to see into the service area was eye opening. All of the manpower and equipment needed to run a full service shop was impressive.
The services rendered were detailed at checkout along with recommendations for future services and products provided by Don Franklin.
All in all it was a pleasant experience. 10/10

It was a seamless experience from scheduling the appointment to getting it through the service department…exactly the way a customer wants it to go when they take their car in. Very courteous service and the services were performed quickly and they got me on my way.
Alexis went out of her way to keep Karin and me informed on the progress in understanding our car problem and finding a plan to get us back on the road back to Rocky River, Ohio.
Considering how backed up the service department must of been with customer cars for service, we were treated so special. Thank you.

The sales process was easy.

There was a gentleman standing outside the dealership who was very helpful. He actually walked to show me where the service was since I had never been there. I am sorry that I didn’t find out his name. I appreciated his helpfulness.
