Scheduling an appointment is straightforward. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They attentively listen to my concerns and inquiries. They diligently address my concerns and do not dismiss them, particularly important considering the frequent marginalization of women in such situations. During my recent visit, I brought my car in for a noise issue, not just a routine service. They made a few adjustments and attempted to replicate the sound. Instead of simply stating that the problem was resolved and sending me on my way, they had me drive my car with the mechanic to verify if the noise persisted. Although I did not hear the noise, they still advised me to bring the car back if it recurred. In my opinion, this demonstrates their genuine concern for my vehicle and their humility.
I took my 2021 Hyundai Kona in to the new Service Building for an oil change and multi-point inspection and was immediately chauffered into the service area and then into the comfortable waiting room. Staff was personable and friendly. I am satisfied with my service experience and will continue to service my Hyundai Kona there. I have bought 3 Hyundai Automobiles at Don Franklin Hyundai of Lexington Kentucky and they have been reliable and easy to maintain. I will continue to service my car and my my personal automobiles at Don Franklin Hyundai of Lexington Kentucky because they never dissapoint.
