Service department does a great job & always super nice
Quick response to issues.
Check in was fast and efficient. I was satisfied with all aspects of service appointment and car loaner. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the continued flickering issue with my 2024 Genesis G80 "instrument display" light/screen behind steering wheel. Genesis was recognizing this as a reported issue at last service, but nothing has been revealed from company about this yet. I am having to do my own research and not coming up with anything. Very frustrating.
I receive EXCELLENT service every time I call or come in. Alexis is always quick with solutions, appointments or whatever is appropriate for my current situation.

Everything seemed fine other than the 8000 mile oil change. 6000 would have been better. Just seems a long time without changing. I’ve seen motors go down because of it. I ask to see if I could get and oil change while I was there. She said she do it but Don Franklin wouldn’t pay for another one until 16 thousand miles.
