I have not had one negative issue with my 2020 Tucson, I'm really impressed with the quality. Don Franklin is a great dealership, easy to schedule my car's check up, really courteous staff and the facility was immaculate.

I think that you should treat your customers the same as you do your new car purchasers ... offer a vehicle to use while servicing their car or at least have a courteous car for transportation. Also reinstate your coffee service.

The service was fast and amazing!!!!! We got approved when no one would even consider it. The 15 year or 500,000 mile warranty is amazing. I definitely will be back to get a roush mustang from you guys.

Took my vehicle to have the free oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Service personnel was very nice and the work was done in the time they said and car was washed. Very pleased with the work.
