Takes too long to get service appointments. Waiting three to four weeks to get a standard vehicle service...oil change and rotation. However, when in all goes well and the work is accomplished in a very professional manner.
Don Franklin Auto was easy to work with when we purchased our new car and there was no fuss involved in the whole process. Friendly reminders about your appointments are sent to you when it’s time for services. They are professional when you bring your car in for service, too. I have no complaints!

Easy and painless. I made my appointment online, showed up at the scheduled time, waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes or so and was on my way. They took extra care to keep my car clean with mats and plastic on my seat when moving it in and out and also sprayed it off before I left. Everything worked very smoothly.
