It was very fast, took a little more than an hour. The facilities were brand new and clean. I was worried about the windshield blades and they consulted with me with honesty, which ended up not replacing at this time. It would have been nicer if I could have discussed earlier the price of the service (oil change and tire rotation) and the discount offers provided in the dealership website.

We can easily get a service appointment when needed.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting so many of the amazing employees at the Don Franklin Genesis store during the purchase of my new vehicle, including - Xavian, Carter, Kanon and Trevor the manager. I also worked with Lindsey, in their financing office who was so sweet thorough and quick. Finally, Brad Lovitz was my salesman and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about him, he was incredibly helpful, kind and really listened to exactly what I wanted and did a phenomenal job in delivering exactly that! I highly recommend not only this particular dealership, but all of the Don Franklin stores if you want to elevate your car buying experience and be treated wonderfully.

Misty did a great job. I had purchased a car in August 2019 she was my salesperson then and was very informative and did not pressure me to take anything I didn’t want. So when I totaled my Sonata 2 weeks ago I contacted her and make an appointment, told her what I wanted to look at. she was ready Monday, took test drive in 2 in different vehicles. Paperwork done in timely manner, vehicle had to come from Somerset again she did an awesome job. Hope she gets to see this review. Got a email for a survey but I don’t have a google acct.
