Friendly staff. Only thing I would fix would be yo make sure the website is updated as inventory comes in and out. I went to get one car, only to find it was sold 2 months prior, and even though I was on the Lexington site, the car was only at the somerset location. Come to find the same car was was listed as in stock at 2 different locations but was gone 2 months ago

The service took a lot longer than anticipated. There was no opportunity to borrow a vehicle so I could leave the premises, nor a courtesy vehicle either. The staff was excellent, kept me informed, used my suggestions in solving the problem.
