I've purchased eight automobiles since 2015 and there is only one, Glenn Freedom Dodge, that I would personally recommend, that is until I purchased from Don Franklin. I mean this whole heartedly too when I say Don Franklin treated me exceptionally well. Exceptionally!!! My sales rep, Lucas, was top-notch and professional all the way. No pressure at all and he was so very helpful in getting me the car I wanted, or better yet, needed.
I didn't get the chance to say thank you to the manager at the Hyundai dealer so please give a slap on the back to him as well. Very nice man and very professional and helpful. And finally, usually when you get to signing papers in finance, they try to throw all kinds of B.S. on you that you really could care less about buying. NOT SO at Don Franklin!!!! You guys got me in .....and out!!!
Should I need another Hyundai, and I hope to buy another one, I will stop at one place and that's Don Franklin Hyundai. Thank you once again for an easy buying experience. You did good.

The draw back is it takes awhile to get in for service.
Someone did get oil on a small area on drivers car seat. As soon as I pointed it out it was taken over to detailing to get the oil off the seat right away. When brought back to service area a girl offered to put plastic over the seat so my clothes would not get wet.
Appreciate all their help.
