Unfortunately, I had to bring my car back the next day because the oil drain plug was not tightened properly. Oil was leaking on my garage floor. The service rep, Ralph was very apologetic. He immediately had my car rechecked and completed the service in 30 minutes.

Easy and painless. I made my appointment online, showed up at the scheduled time, waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes or so and was on my way. They took extra care to keep my car clean with mats and plastic on my seat when moving it in and out and also sprayed it off before I left. Everything worked very smoothly.
