I brought my 2024 k5 gut line kia in for 2 recall fixes and service. I was treated well,, the time there was not excessive. My only issue was that the part(s) to fix one recall was not available and had to be ordered,, so I have to go back again.

You have the best salespeople, Cindi Duncan and the best finance guy Todd Cockerham. All I do is give them a call or text tell them what I am looking for, and they get it to the lot for me to look at and almost 100% of the time I buy it.
They always work with me on pricing or whatever I need or ask for. I think I own part of Don Franklin by now I have bought so many vehicles from them.
