My vehicle is dependable, comfortable, and a good looking car. I like the warranty you give and your service department is prompt and reliable. This is my fourth KIA. My only complaint is that you keep discontinuing vehicles that I like, for instance the Amanti and the Stinger

The service team always delivers fast and fantastic service. My only complaint is with the parts department. I had ordered a part for my car and they said it would be there the day of my oil change and it wasn’t. So another trip back to get it(they offered to send it to Burkesville but decided to go get it so they could put it on). When the counter guy put it on it broke so they had to order another part (your dime). So now they are sending it to Don Franklin in Burkesville. Hope it doesn’t break when they put it on.
