Very informative when I asked questions. Staff was really nice.

I had Don at the service desk, very friendly and helpful and got me in and out in no time!

Love my K5. I get compliments all the time. Today at the Zaxby's drive-through, someone asked me if it was 2025. I said no, it is the 22, and I bought it in 21 at Don Franklin KIA in Somerset. I took one look at the three sitting there and knew I wanted it. It may have been the first ones on the lot. He said it was beautiful and he loved it. That is just the latest in many years of compliments about the car.
I usually bring my car in for service at the Somerset location, even though I have service available at Don Franklin Kia. I like the people there. Ty and the others take care of me and any issues.
