All of your employees are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They get you in and out in a timely manner. They are always very courteous. I would highly recommend Don Franklin to anyone. Their sales staff go above and beyond to try and help you get into a vehicle like they did for me and it was just a wonderful experience. I have never met a dealership that was so customer oriented. I recently had my F-150 in for service at Don Franklin Ford, London, KY.
The service writer, Jacob welcomed me when I entered the service area, asked me if I was having any difficulties with the vehicle and explained what they were going to do.
1 hour and 15 minutes later Jacob met me in the customer waiting area explained the work that was completed and thanked me for being a Don Franklin customer.

Very friend and fast

While on vacation we had a breakdown. I contacted Don Franklin Ford to see if they could help. The service writer had a tow truck on the way within 30 minutes of contacting him. The repair took about 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Great communication and excellent customer service makes Don Franklin a class act!
