There has been a few unfortunate events recently with a truck we bought in December of 2022. I couldn’t not be more happy with the way Don Franklin has handled the situation. Tim Wells took very good care of us and made sure the situation was made right. 10/10 would and will always recommend Don Franklin Ford in London, KY.

Every time I have been at the Don Franklin Ford dealership I have had nothing but amazing experiences l. My first ever service trip was to install some aftermarket accessories. Jake Stines in service and the parts manager were both awesome. 10 out of 10!!

I like the availability to bring other vehicles from don Franklin sites. And I always have great service when I come! I bought my current vehicle there and everyone is always very friendly. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
