I was able to get my vehicle in for service with no wait and the service technician informed me that all systems had been checked and everything was working properly.
I had my Explorer in for an oil change, I think this was the quickest it has took them. The service guys were friendly some of the sales man didn’t seem to acknowledge me when I was looking around. I guess that’s bc I’m a female. Not sure. One thing I was disappointed about that the guys always do when I get an oil change is a car wash. Even if it is a quick wash. I didn’t get it this time and it was a bummer. I really needed it. But I can understand if they were busy. I don’t take my black vehicle through the automatic car washes so it’s really much when I do get a nice wash that I don’t have to do myself.
