I had a great experience with Don Franklin. Jacob, the staff member who assisted me at the front desk, was great and kept me informed with quick responses to questions regarding my F150. The mechanic fixed issues in just a few days that Legacy Ford in Corbin KY had been trying to figure out for more than six months! Very satisfied and would recommend the Service Department at Don Franklin to friends and family.

What do you like about our products and services?

Service advisor and service tech were both super conscientious. They advised me that my cabin air filter was not needed to be replaced at this time and the service advisor made sure I had a ride to Enterprise to pick up a rental for the day.
