The service dept is excellent. The sales team that I dealt with is also excellent.
The only complaint I have is with Ford. My transmission hard shifts daily and my 4 wheel drive pops like it’s in an awkward position. Ford has recalls but no parts. So my complaint is with Ford. I’m not sure that I will replace this Ford with another.
