Service tech was great. Maybe some training for those involved in incentive programs. Had documents for Fords low price tire guarantee. Was told we don’t honor Walmart, however the fine print says Ford doesn’t honor third parties or marketplace adds/sales. First told it was because their tires were substandard (exact same brand and model Ford installed) then the person that can make that decision is off today, and final the head of the service department read every document he could find on site and could not find anything written against Walmart and did adjust my bill. Final thought if you want to exclude Walmart because their price will almost always be lower that’s your right but add that exclusion to ALL your signs, website, mailings, etc. overall great experience just a little frustrating at the end. Ps I waited at the dealership and no one sprayed my car off.

It must be a single cab OR A DOOR AND A HALF i BLUE IN color and have the same set up as my current truck with the Exception of the 110 power supply as I do not use it.

The buying process was fairly smooth. The vehicle wasn’t in London but there were no issues getting it from Columbia to London. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and friendly. We did have several questions, but the entire team was patient and accommodating. We are pleased with our purchase.
While we were signing the paperwork, we were told we would get a run through of the features as well as setting up My Ford Pass. As soon as we were finished signing l, we were told thank you and let us know if any you need anything further. We had to ask for the temporary tag and for help with My Ford Pass. We were not given a walk through of the vehicle features. I have been able to figure out most things on my own, but a walk through would have been nice. In all fairness, we were communicating with a salesman in Lexington, but the London salesman was involved in the process and her name was listed on all the paperwork.

I really loved dealing with Amber Allen at Don Franklin Ford in London Ky. I was able to purchase my Ford Bronco from my home in Lexington Kentucky over the phone with Amber and it was very easy and seamless. Her manager Gary, and herself made the whole transaction very simple and easy. All I had to do was show up and sign on the dotted line. I would highly recommend going to Don Franklin in London Kentucky and dealing with Amber Allen and purchasing a Ford or Lincoln from their dealership.
