The London, Columbia and Nicholasville sites are always very responsive and have openings on a daily basis. The service at these site are always respectful, attentive and welcoming. The other site could learn a lot from those sites.

I appreciated the $25 discount coupon I received in the mail to apply to my service charge. Your service department exceeded my expectations by not only changing the oil on my vehicle but also washing it. The carwash was totally unexpected.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. If anything is found, it's explained to us immediately. Only negative was with my last visit but it was a time issue.

It's a horrible process to get to talk to anyone with logic or common sense to get scheduled. But once you get connected with the right people (Larry, Ben, Robbie and Ryan, and one of the general managers whose name I didn't catch) then they do good work.
