Well I have been dealing with Don Franklin Ford in London since 2018 and I have always been pleased with service department they have been very knowledgeable about what needs to be addressed on service and been helpful with all decisions making with me the customer. The products that have been installed on my ford truck and Lincoln car and suv has performed to the best of there abilities and have lasted for a very long period. Prices have been very competitive.
Don't have to wait all day for service. People are nice and helpful. Don't push for items you don't need and will not work on anything without talking to you first and are not pushing.
