I am leasing my sixth Altima. I love these cars and the service department is great. The cars are easy to drive and they handle really well. They also get good gas mileage. I like everything about them.

I went to two other service centers before here and had bad experiences. I was ready to give up after that. Then someone I know recommended me to Don Franklin. They were able to diagnose my vehicle for me and complete the repairs in a timely manner. The customer service was fantastic. Great communication, great service, and just a great experience all around.

As always Jennifer in service has done an excellent job. My appointment that I made on line did not get made. Jennifer was able to get me. As I drive over 100 miles to get there, leaving was not an option for me. I can not enough to how much I appreciate it.

Dealt with Jon Timco over the phone as I live a couple hours away. He was great. Did not pressure me and assisted in finding exactly what I was looking for a very reasonable price.
On site I dealt with Ray (salesman) and he was great as well. Explained everything clearly and was very polite and accommodating.
Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.
If I find myself in the market again this will be the first place I look.

Staff is always so kind. Service is fast and done so well.

I like that I am told about services that are recommended for my vehicle and that I don’t feel pressured to get them done right at that time. I also feel like I am being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. Jennifer is my service tech and she has always been very nice and respectful.

Members of the GM and Nissan service departments are super friendly and easy to work with. All though I’ve noticed since they are undergoing construction the Nissan side has more employees than the GM. I just want to make sure that Casey and her team don’t go unnoticed for how hard they work to keep up with the demand!!! Y’all are doing a great job day in and day out!!! If Eddy hasn’t noticed he needs to pay y’all a raise for the great work you do for him and his family!!!!
