Very courteous staff, Jennifer always takes exceptional care of my issues. Actually spoke with service manager about a concern and checked on the issue and found a resolution. Things are fixed the first time within a reasonable time frame. I drive two hours for their service department due to dealers closer do not have a good reputation and costs for service is much higher.
Reliable, honest, take the time to explain issues, work/repairs, etc. When there is an issue (rare, but happens), the service team addresses it quickly and fairly.
