I always have a great experience with Don Franklin Nissan when servicing our 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Jennifer, my service advisor, is absolutely great and always has been. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and consistently makes sure I am well taken care of and informed about my vehicle.

This visit, the team completed our oil change, CVT transmission service, brake fluid service, tire rotation and balance, and a thorough multi-point inspection. I appreciate the quality of service and the confidence of knowing our Pathfinder is properly maintained. Jennifer and the service team are a big reason I continue bringing our Pathfinder back to Don Franklin Nissan. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very attentive from the moment you get on the lot they’re very pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. The car tester was a beautiful car and I wish I could’ve bought it from start to finish. It was a very good experience.
