Your sales agent Jill Caterpillar was a 10.0 level salesperson. We didn’t even intend to buy our car down here in Kentucky. Our primary residence is up in the Cincinnati area and we are 2 miles from a different Nissan dealer. The showroom, the noise, the pushiness of that dealership were overwhelming. Jill, however, was a perfect blend of helpful, prepared, accommodating, and upbeat. She showed high interest in us and our goals and was completely flexible when my wife changed her mind a couple times. I’m sure we wouldn’t have bought the car if it weren’t for Jill. Additionally, Walt was helpful and interceded on our behalf when it came time for trying to get a decent price. I will say, your prices were higher than other options we had for the same or similar car, at the dealership near our home. Unfortunately, the process of buying a car is completely painful – taking over seven hours of our weekend. While I was still looking for a little reduction in pricing,Walt eventually got close enough and I had to get out of the showroom. Is this every car dealers strategy? drive the people out of their mind by how long things take until they finally concede? Not a good way to do it but we got a great car with a great sales person, at a price that was fairly close.
