I drive few miles so I don't need an oil change often. I always make the 1 hr 40 minute trip to Don Franklin for service. I have found it is easy to get an appointment and oil changes are fast. Also I like the fact they sent me a coupon for a discount,

I love how when I make an appointment they get me right in. They are very thorough and take time and let me know step by step what they are doing and done. And then they wash my car that just makes my day!!

I was able to get my car in to be serviced in a timely manner. Staff were a professional polite and informative. Explain to me in language that I could understand what they were looking at my car and what the results were.

I love my Nissan Maxima and my sales person Brian has remembered me for three years and he's very personable. Chris in Service department is always very thorough and personable also. However I hate these surveys!

I like the videoing techs do when they are going through the service checks while the hood is up and the vehicle is lifted looking at brake pads wear to any leaks ect.
