Techs do good job and are very friendly. Will continue to bring my car in for service. Only issue I have with Nissan products - is your app. Never works when temperatures turn frigid. Once temps become bearable it works.
After a visit to Don Franklin Amanda called inquiring about my visit. I explained that I was confused because the first visit indicated there was a 400 Z coming in the second visit. They didn’t seem to know if one was coming in Amanda check for things and had me visit again at which time I was satisfied and I put down a deposit on a 2025 400 Z better impress me if it was the first time I’ve had a dealer go out of their way to help me out and solve my problem. Thank you.
