I’ve always had professional dealings with the service department, especially Jennifer, who was graded explaining a product that I was interested in; namely tires. When it’s time to buy a new car, I most likely will use Don Franklin.

I was pleased with the service but apparently there were fluids spilled on the engine or somewhere accidentally under the hood because for about 3 to 4 days the spell was horrible.
