I like that you can make appointments for scheduled services and that you have WiFi in the waiting area so I can still work while I am waiting. Service is always performed as asked in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Service associate strives to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle and lets me know if there is anything urgent that needs to be repaired.

Our brakes when out while on vacation in Kentucky. Unlike a couple of other dealerships in the area who could not fix our brakes in a timely manner, Don Franklin Auto was. They were able to quickly, professionally and with a smile get us back on the road in less than 24 hours and head back to Virginia safely - now that's service. Thank you.
