Everything is done in a timely manner. I've never had to wait to have a vehicle taken back. Everyone is always friendly.
We are satisfied with our 2019 Rouge. It is serving us very well. We had a pleasant buying experience. The service department is a good group of people making a positive effort to bring us back and keep our vehicle in safe operating condition without high pressure sales. Suggestions for future parts replacement in the margins of wear and tear are advised. They listen to my concerns and address them where applicable. I would recommend this business to others.
