Service and friendly staff
The sales team did not pressure us into buying additional service packages or warranties. They were very helpful and one of the sales managers, Walt, even introduced us to the Services team. Don Franklin Auto also offers a maintenance package with every new vehicle. It isn’t something that is an additional purchase; it’s just part of how they create value for their customers. We were impressed that Don Franklin Auto worked with us on a fair price and didn’t charge us $10-15k over MSRP like so many unscrupulous dealerships are doing right now. We will definitely go to Don Franklin Auto in the future if we purchase another Nissan.

Quick-Complete and professional service
Both our sales rep, Stan, and Lindsay in Finance were very helpful and did not put us through a high-pressure truck buying experience. One of the managers, Walt, was awesome. He took plenty of time to orient us to our new Titan Platinum. Walt also walked us around and introduced us to the Service team, which was nice. We will definitely come back to this dealership if we purchase another Nissan. This was such a low-stress process and honestly, refreshing. We were burned on a deal at a different dealership and I was feeling anxious about going into another dealership. However, the Don Franklin team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you!
