Finally can make an appointment and get in promptly rather than having to wait 2 or 3 weeks as was practice in recent past. This was not reasonable when you had a serious repair issue. In the last year I had to take vehicle to Rod Hatfield twice for repairs when unable to get in to use your service.
While traveling for work, my 2023 GMC 3500 truck ran into problems that turned out to be bad fuel injectors. My first time ever contacting this dealership, every single person was not only professional and helpful, but worked HARD to find a way to get the part FAST and get me a service appointment STAT. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and they made something that seemed difficult actually go very smoothly and easily. Great great experience.
