I have always gotten outstanding customer service at the GMC service center. Communicate with me on any concerns in regards to my vehicle. I took my GMC Acadia in to find out where water was coming from that kept getting in my car when it rained. The technician Billy went above and beyond and solved the problem. Him and Dawn communicated with each other and kept me informed at all times. Dawn was always professional, knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service. I hope to trade my Acadia in for a newer model and will continue taking my GMC to the Richmond road location.

Great customer service- Kaci, Dawn, and David are great. I recently had a transmission replaced and Kaci communicated with me during the opening of the insurance claim, during the wait for the transmission, during the work, and then when it was time to pick up my vehicle. Dawn and David have helped me a dozen times while in for regular service. Highly recommend

Working with Ben has probably been the most relaxing and easiest buying experience I've had in 30 years. He was knowledgeable pleasant, and the part I enjoyed most that almost all dealers do is he didn't make me wait for an answer. Other dealers you ask say they will get back to you. Not Ben, he would tell me he'd get back to me and he would. I'd buy a car from him again and will be looking for him when I'm ready again. Great experience!
