Well, I bought a Cadillac so I can't really say anything about the product or service since Don Franklin isn't a Cadillac dealer. The back hatch needed to be reprogramed and should have been done while the car was on the lot or before I left with the car. Took a little over a week to get the appointment to get it fixed. ( had to call twice to get the appt.) then it only took 15 minutes to reset. No owners manual was in the car and the salesman said If I needed to figure out all the bells and whistles I could watch YouTube! I found that odd. When have been nice if he offered to get one for the car. especially for the price I paid for the car. Its supposed to have a net for the back to hold groceries or etc. He was gonna get ones of those but haven't heard anything about that. Salesman and service department lady I talked to was very nice.
The service group realizes that if they don’t provide superior customer service, the customer will go elsewhere. I’ve always been treated like my business matters to them.
I love my SUV and the service staff are friendly and keep you informed of progress. The sales folks do not pressure you.

Finding the problem for a check engine light on, service scheduling and speed of part being received was taken care of perfectly. Also great when the particular part and labor was covered under warranty.

Catalina was the best sales person I ever did business with. I have owned 25 or so cars and trucks and like to trade a lot this was by far the best experience ever. I thought no way this will be possible and her response was challange excepted. She found discounts I never knew were a thing. I will never by another vehicle from anyone else you have a customer for life.
