Courteous staff, except the mechanic rotated my tires for me when we did not discuss it. I told him I am disabled and hardly use the car so I don’t need tires rotated per schedule. He offered to adjust bill but I said leave it alone. I told him that extra money, although not a lot is a lot for me I live on a fixed income for and the next time I came in or anyone else to remember to ask before you rotate the tires. He said he would. He was very courteous.
