I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I drove from Louisville to the dealership to look for a used AWD Toyota Sienna XLE. Trey called in the morning to provide an update on whether the van was going to be ready to be test driven. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and earnest, and he patiently answer our questions. The whole transaction was stress-free and took less than 3 hours to leave with my new purchase.
The only negative to my experience was with the financial guy. He tried to sound friendly but he came across as a smarmy salesman. He had typed the wrong price for the vehicle in the purchase document, which immediately raised huge red flags. When I pointed it out to him, he had a sour expression on his face, slammed his hands on the desk, stood up, and stomped out of his office. When he came back, he stated there was an error. No kidding. He didn't apologize. He should have apologized and owned up to the error, not state there was an error. I was uncomfortable, distrustful and irritated with him because of that experience.
