Always best to shop local. David gave me a great deal on my 2023 Enclave . Tanner found the SUV for me and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. He went out of his way to have a second key made for me and to detail my Enclave. I have bought many cars from Don Franklin and have no complaints from the service department . I have had my third Buick from the dealership and they always treat me great I’m an old lady and I don’t have many miles on my car, but it had been five or six months since my last oil change. I had an appointment and I was not there anymore than 45 minutes quick and friendly service.
