Service staff lady was outstanding. Shop was very clean. Waiting area was clean. I liked that my service lady could text on what stage the work was being done on my car. Worked at Ford for 30 years and this is my first Chevrolet probably won’t be my last. In other words, outfuckingstanding !!!! As you can see I tell it like it is.

This was my first time getting my car serviced here. Service dept. was ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time. The time needed was a little less than anticipated. Friendly staff and clean waiting area. I will return if needed to this dealership.
Jen VanArsdale and the service team are amazing. Even with extremely busy schedules they listened to my concerns and did not stop until they found the reason causing the issue and were able to fix it. We use the service department for both maintenance and problems without hesitation because we feel like we can trust that the job will get done well.

Th service I got was great, but unfortunately you could not get the factory Cue that I needed for my 2016 Caddallic. What’s up with that???

I like the overall experience, you guys always get started on my truck as soon as I show up for my appointment. You do the things I ask and do them right. I bought my truck in 2019 and you guys have done all the service for it.
Well I’ve had good service there just when they got to order parts yes it takes some day they just need to call and let customer know on ETA of arrival and when car: truck is ready . Other than that everything is Great .
