While in a vacation in Bardstown, KY our 2020 Silverado 1500 Duramax suffered a catastrophic transmission failure. We were stranded and needed to get back home to GA. Then we met Lauren. She checked our vehicle I. And assured us that they would take care of the problem. Lauren provided a ride to the rental car location. She kept us informed and handled the warranty for the repairs. They even performed a maintenance issue and save me thousands. I wish we were closer so I could do all my auto business with Don Franklin from new purchase to repairs!
