Scheduling an appointment for auto servicing, check and oil change is easy and convenient. The auto service, oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The waiting time was not too long. The waiting area is nice and spacious with a TV and magazines. The customer service employees are nice and helpful. The email reminders for auto service are helpful information. The price for the auto service, check and oil change is good and reasonable. The Don Franklin Auto is in a convenient location in Bardstown. Thank you!
