I’ve got several Trek bikes, love them all. Freewheel is helpful, convenient, close, and took the time to fit me to the correct bike that suited my needs, then took the time to fit the bike to me.

Purchase was great; everyone at the Eagan shop was very responsive, very knowledgeable, worked to get me a good deal on the purchase, and delivery was prompt. The guys on delivery were super - placed the trainer in my third floor attic, exactly where I wanted it, cheerful and no fuss. Couldn't ask for anything more - fantastic experience all-around.

I like the friendly responsiveness of the FreeWheel people and service department. I appreciate the normally quick turn around. I do not try to take advantage but when I need something sooner they always do what they can to accommodate. I have another shop that is closer but I always felt better served by the folks at Penn and that service has continued with Freewheel.

I have done several winter tune ups on my road bikes and have received quality service on each. Only parts that need to be replaced have been suggested with no attempt to upsell.

I wanted a reasonably priced MTB and you had what I wanted. It was built in a day and I rode it the next day.
