The young man who waited on me was honest and sincere. He called in a tech when he needed support. When I picked up the bike, he and the tech went over everything with me.

Too many bike shops have arrogant salesmen who make me feel inferior. I was impressed with the vibe at Freewheel and will definitely recommend this store. Thanks for a great experience!

Very happy with my service Jose the associate I spoke to was very informative and educational definitely made the shopping experience more enjoyable and comforting with such a big purchase. He was patient with my many questions, very informed and solid active listening skills. One of my best customer service experiences he made me feel welcome and confident with buying from freewheel bikes
