The manager at Bloomington Freewheel Cycle was extremely knowledgeable about recumbent trikes. He was very patient with me, a newcomer to the world of trikes. He gave me the necessary background and answered all my questions. Over the course of three days from the initial look, test rides, final sale, and delivery, he guaranteed his shop will be my go-to place for all my cycling needs. My wife will be in the market for a TerraTrike next year and Chris will be the one we go see. None of the other Twin cities recumbent dealers seemed to think I was worth their time or expertise (if the had any recumbents at all).
The mechanic who fixed my bike did a superb job. I have been doing my own servicing for 50 years, but had no experience with hydraulic brakes, and I screwed them up. Your guy not only fixed my mistakes, but tightened the brakes so they are better than the day I bought the bike, 2 years ago. I will be back. I am in awe of the job he did. Competence shows.
