Staff has always been very friendly. I was a 30 year customer of the bike chain that begins with a letter E, and after a few episodes of dealing with arrogant staff who didn't seem to really want to help me, I tried Penn Cycle, and had a great experience. Since converting to Freewheel Bike, I have purchased 3 bikes and used the service department several times. Each experience has been absolutely great!

The personal approach to set my wife and I up with bikes that both fit our needs and within our price range.

My trip was done shortly after opening on a weekend day. There was a greeter at the door and a knowledgable technician there to address my needs. The process was very efficient and was completed quickly.

I live in Duluth and found the bike I wanted in Bloomington. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful.

Bike I wanted was at another location. And needed to be transferred to location, and be built. I was told it would be ready on Monday. This was on Thursday. I got a call the very next day saying my bike was ready.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, willing to patiently explain aspects of bike repair and answer other questions.

I got my bike last summer. I love it! My husband needed a new bike this year. Chris helped us get the right size and the perfect bike for our needs. It was an amazing experience.

Pete helped me pick out a bike. He said he is normally a technician at another location but was still extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful and informative when selling me my bike. He let me take a test drive and made me feel confident and comfortable picking out accompanying gear for my new bike. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of my naivete when it comes to bikes. I was very happy with my visit and will be back in the future for more gear and tune ups!
