I live in Duluth and found the bike I wanted in Bloomington. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful.
Bike I wanted was at another location. And needed to be transferred to location, and be built. I was told it would be ready on Monday. This was on Thursday. I got a call the very next day saying my bike was ready.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, willing to patiently explain aspects of bike repair and answer other questions.

Pete helped me pick out a bike. He said he is normally a technician at another location but was still extremely knowledgeable. He was very helpful and informative when selling me my bike. He let me take a test drive and made me feel confident and comfortable picking out accompanying gear for my new bike. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of my naivete when it comes to bikes. I was very happy with my visit and will be back in the future for more gear and tune ups!
