Great selection of bikes and knowledgeable staff to answer all my questions. Took their time and helped me choose the correct bike based on features and price. Then came the assembly, it did not take very long at all. Set the seat height and asked about lever positions. Explained warranty, maintenance and even helped load it. I've purchased from Freewheel multiple times always leaving happy with my purchase and thankful for their staff.

Andrew Chaffe was great! He kept me updated on the availability of the Orbea Oiz and quickly answered all of my random questions that I sent him about the bike. He then had the last model/size reserved and transferred to the store for me and held on to it until I could come and buy it. I have purchased bike products from this store, mostly on line and pick up, and the service has been great. But this is my first new bike purchase with the new Freewheel. I look forward to working with Andy and crew this spring when I bring my bike back in to get it set up.

Great customer service
I worked in the bike industry for a decade, and am still a proficient mechanic. The guys at freewheel in ep, richfield, Eagan and Bloomington have always been helpful finding parts in stock for me to get done what I needed to get done and help me out with jobs I don’t want to do (taping rims). Theyre also great about helping out with folks I send to them when I can’t find time to do jobs for them. Lots of the guys have been great but especially Andrew In Richfield and Chris in Ep.
